This policy describes how Turing Opera Workshop LLC, the owner and developer of Cantai (referred to as "Turing Opera Workshop," "Cantai," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, processes, and shares information about you through our website, intelligent operatic choral singing synthesizer, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy also applies to users accessing Cantai through integrations such as MuseScore Studio.

All personal information is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Data Retention & Deletion

24-Hour File Deletion Policy

All musical and creative files you upload are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. This includes data sent through integrations like MuseScore Studio.

  • Account Data — Name and email are retained as long as your account is active.
  • Account Deletion — Upon deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

AI & Model Training

No Training on User Data

We do NOT use your musical or creative data to train or improve our AI models. Your inputs are processed solely to generate your audio output, then automatically deleted per our 24-hour retention policy.

Ethical AI Commitment

Turing Opera Workshop's foundational AI models are trained exclusively on material provided by contracted, paid artists and creatives. We respect intellectual property and compensate creators fairly.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only when necessary:

  • Service Providers — Payment processing through Stripe and trusted hosting vendors.
  • Legal Requirements — When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
  • Business Transfers — In the event of merger, acquisition, or asset sale involving Turing Opera Workshop.
